Collaring is made easy with T-Drill’s TEC-220 Collaring Machine! A powerful collaring machine, the TEC-220 can handle up to SCH 40 pipes. It can mechanically form extruded outlets directly on run pipes up to 32″. Suitable for branching all malleable materials, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and copper-nickel, the entire branching process can be performed on a single workstation in three automatic work cycles.
The operation panel and automatic lubrication easily control the pilot hole milling and collaring process. You can even load standard branch programs from the machine memory, or you can create a custom collaring program. The TEC-220 includes enhanced safety features, including sensors that verify the collaring head is correctly installed before it starts the process.
