With its ultra-low profile and measuring in at only 10” in length, the M500 is engineered for precise fusion welding of small tubes and fittings and features the industry’s narrowest configuration flush cartridge and collet. Perfect for tight clearance micro-fit welding applications, the M500 is equipped with a housing body crafted from exceptional duty cycle material that eliminates the need for water cooling. Its collet frames hinge on the same side, making this an ideal choice for welders with limited space.
Features of the Magnatech M500 Micro Weld Head include three configurations to fit various power supplies, a quick-release thumb screw that eliminates the need for tools, and a standard 25ft cable length. The M500 is designed to weld tube ranging from .125” (3,175 mm) thru .5” (12,7 mm) and has a housing rated for 525° F (273° C).
