cutting edge

fabrication technology

As the leading innovator for tube and pipe fabrication solutions, T-Drill has been developing solutions for diverse applications for over three decades. With an emphasis on product development, they are constantly working to improve quality and efficiency with the T-Drill Method.

The T-Drill Method has numerous advantages, including reducing production costs up to 80%, improving flow characteristics, faster through-put times, less wasted material, and more.

& cut costs

Traditionally, when branching a pipe or tube, you would need four flange fittings, two T-fittings, five pieces of pipe, and then you would have to complete 10 weld joints. It could take over seven hours of labor to complete the full process, not including all of the costs of materials.

In comparison, the T-Drill Method only needs three pieces of pipe and two weld joints, taking a little over an hour of labor to complete the process. With the T-Drill Method, the tee is fabricated from the basic tube, eliminating the need for the T-fittings and removing four weld joints, saving you time and money.
