The integrated Arc Voltage Control (AVC) maintains a stable arc throughout the welding process, ensuring repeatable and flawless results. Advanced connectivity & data management
The P4+ integrates modern connectivity features to support efficient workflow management and traceability. With LAN, WLAN, and OPC-UA compatibility, the system can easily integrate into digital environments and production networks. Welding procedures can be archived and documented using a built-in printer or USB storage, while real-time data acquisition allows for monitoring and analysis. The system can store up to 200 welding programs internally, making it easy to switch between jobs and maintain consistency across projects.
Integrated cooling & gas control
To ensure safe and efficient operation, the P4+ incorporates a fully integrated cooling and gas management system. A built-in closed-loop water cooling system with a safety valve protects both the welding head and torch, maintaining optimal operating temperatures. Welding gas and backing gas flows are precisely controlled through adjustable mass flowmeters, ensuring consistent shielding and weld quality. In addition, forced ventilation provides effective cooling for the power source, enhancing durability and long-term reliability.
