Our Saw Blocks are designed with thumb screw style guides, an advancement from our earlier wing nut saw guides. The new design simplifies the process, removing the need for additional clamping tools. The process is straightforward: wrap the guide around the sanitary tube, tighten the thumb screw, cut, and remove.
The standard Saw Block kit accommodates a range of needs, offering tube or pipe saw guides in sizes from 1 inch to 4 inches. It also includes a carrying case for secure storage and transportation. For specific projects, individual sizes are available, from 3/4-inch O.D. pipe to 6 inch O.D. tube or pipe.
We have two kit options:
- The Sanitary Tube and Pipe Saw Guides kit features:
- Pipe Saw Guides in sizes of 1 inch, 1.5 inches, 2 inches, 2.5 inches, 3 inches, and 4 inches.
- A carrying case for storage and transportation.
