The Polysoude TS 34 is a high-performance TIG welding head engineered for the most demanding tube-to-tubesheet applications. Designed for productivity, repeatability, and premium weld quality, it is ideal for industries such as heat exchanger manufacturing, aerospace, nuclear, chemical processing, and food/pharmaceutical equipment fabrication.
The system is engineered for simultaneous operation with multiple welding heads, allowing an operator to efficiently use two or even three TS 34 units at the same time. This capability increases productivity by more than one-third compared to traditional single-head setups, greatly improving throughput in high-volume tube-to-tubesheet production environments.
The TS 34 integrates a sealed purge gas chamber that creates a controlled, inert environment around the weld area. This chamber prevents oxidation during welding, especially when working with sensitive materials such as titanium and Inconel®. The result is consistently clean, high-quality welds even under demanding conditions.
Thanks to its uniquely designed internal collector, the torch can rotate continuously without causing cable twisting or wrap-up. This seamless 360-degree rotation ensures consistent welding movement around the tube circumference, eliminating interruptions and improving both reliability and weld uniformity.
